Aniqa Shama

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Aniqa has been acting as the behind the scenes force since day one of Cloudly when Shah and Ghalib dreamed up to build an automated cloud migration tool suite. After three years of building and operating the suite, she helped shut it down and then pivot Cloudly to a service business model. Aniqa runs day-to-day operations of the company and keeps the light on coordinating between three different locations – USA, India and Bangladesh.

Shah Rahman

Co-Founder & Technology Advisor

Shah co-founded Cloudly with Ghalib in 2012 and led the technology and engineering teams until 2015 as the CTO. He helped the company pivot to a service business before leaving his role as CTO and remained as the tech advisor. Shah’s most recent roles at Ericsson and Facebook greatly helped advising Cloudly to sustain its cloud business and also expand to networking space, especially after Meta’s decision to shut down its Connectivity unit and open-sourcing it’s key connectivity projects with LF Connectivity.

Som Sikdar

Innovation Advisor

Som is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur and well known for multiple successful startups over the past 20+ years. Som started working with Shah and Aniqa to help expand its services business to Network and Connectivity space, especially after supporting LF Connectivity coordination work with Shah. He’s been advising Cloudly leadership team since beginning of 2024.

Lorcan Burke

Industry Advisor

Lorcan is an industry veteran in cloud and networking industries who has held senior leadership roles at Cisco and VMware. Based in Dublin Ireland, he is helping Cloudly expand its operations in Europe. Lorcan is an expert in large-scale, multi-party projects where Cloudly is starting to increase its focus and energy. He advises the leadership team on a wide range of topics, especially around business expansion and GTM strategies.

Sheikh Iqbal Ahamed

Academia Advisor

Iqbal is a Professor at Marquette University and has been a pioneer in several academia-industry collaborations across healthcare, AI and mobile technologies for 20+ years. He has been advising Cloudly leadership team to establish its AI service practice and helped incubate the first set of AI projects in healthcare and financial spaces.

Mark Joseph

Security Expert

Mark is an industry recognized security expert who has built deep knowledge in security space cutting across cloud, networking and AI from over 25+ years. He has built security software, hardware and systems at Qualcomm, Yahoo and Apple. He’s leading multiple security projects and continues to lead all things security at Cloudly and our clients.

Rick Collette

CloudOps Expert

Rick has been working in DevOps and CloudOps for over a decade and built expertise in this emerging space at Siemens, Apple and Palo Alto Networks. He has been a security and operational guru, hardened over 25+ years in the industry. He’s been working with Shah and the tech team since the early days of Cloudly team and is supporting multiple clients.

Pangkaj Paul

Cloud Expert

Pangkaj is Cloudly’s deepest cloud expert and has been working with Cloudly since its inception. He started working at Cloudly Bangladesh office in 2010 when its single client was Sociogramics and then transitioned to Cloudy team in 2015 with its pivot to a service business and his personal move to Dublin, Ireland. He’s an amazingly well respected leader by all his clients.

Raf Islam

Software Guru

Raf has been our senior most software expert at Cloudly and he has been working with Shah and company leaders since the Sociogramics days in 2011. A software genie with deep cloud and networking software expertise built at Ampush, Ericsson and ClearCare over 20+ years, Raf has been building deep expertise in building healthcare software on cloud.

Charlie Ernesto

Networking Expert

Charlie is our networking and connectivity software expert and has developed his core skills from Ampush, Ericsson and ClearCare working side by side with Raf. He has impressed his team members and clients with deep software chops rarely found in other teams. Passionate about robust software systems for 15+ years, he’s been recently developing networking and connectivity software on cloud that’s AI driven.

Kenneth Kahrs

DevOps Expert

Ken has been working with Shah since Sociogramics and been the DevOps expert that everyone at Cloudly looks up to. He developed deep expertise in software deployment, operations and SRE for 16+ years and supported teams at Facebook and WellSky. Ken is working on multiple projects and supporting multiple clients and continues to be passionate about open source software.

Timothee Dzik

MLOps Expert

Tim has been working with Shah at Facebook and joined Cloudly in 2023 to help build the MLOps practice. He was a highly respected engineer at Facebook Connectivity and continued to build his DevOps skills for AI/ML pipelines at Estee Lauder and Intuit. He’s passionate about open source and supports projects like Magma and Terragraph.

Ranjan Kumar

Embedded Systems Guru

An embedded systems expert for 25+ years, Ranjan is Cloudly’s technology leader and solution architect for embedded systems in industrial applications. He developed deep expertise in this space at Lucent and Aricent, working across the globe for several years, leading large in-house and client teams and delivering very complex, large scale system projects.
